Founded in 2003, Zhejiang Minhui Luminous Technolgoy Co., Ltd is located in Lanxi City, Zhejiang Province, China; with over 60 acres factory area, 150+ employees, and investment of over 15,800,000 USD.
We specialize in the development and manufacturing of photoluminescent material, reflective material, reflective and photoluminescent composite material. Now we are the leading Chinese factory in photoluminescent and optical composite material industry, recognized for our operation scale, R&D strength and technical expertise.

Our Factory
With over 21 years efforts, Minhui Luminous is the biggest Chinese factory of photoluminescent material and optical composite material in terms of business scale and product range. Our factory is over 60 acres with a total investment of over 15,800,000 USD, we own five 5000 m2 each workshop and one 10,000 m2 research building.
With annual production capacity of 500+ tons photoluminescent pigment; 15+ million square meters of reflective fabric, reflective heat transfer vinyl, photoluminescent and reflective fabric, photoluminescent and reflective HTV, photoluminescent film.
We are commited to our Green Manufacturing company philosophy and sustainable growth, we have invested over two millions Yuan in environmental protection RTO equipment which recycles our industrial waste and gas.

Research And Development
Each year, we invest over 500,000 USD in R&D, Our R&D team consists of over 15 experts in photoluminescent materials, optoelectronics, optics, inorganic chemistry, organic polymers, and molding technology. With over 200 patents worldwide, we continue to push the boundaries of innovation.
Based on our industry-leading optical material technology and rare earth photoluminescent material technology , we have pioneered the development of photoluminescent and reflective combined functional materials as well as protective products, also being the first factory to pass OEKO-TEX 100 for this optical composite material.

Minhui Luminous prioritizes quality control at every stage of production, supported by our ISO 9001 Quality Management System and 6S Management System.
Our R&D center is equipped with five specialized labs: Optical, Rare Earth Long Afterglow Photoluminescence, Photoelectric, Physical and Chemical, and Polymer Materials labs; supported by over 50 advanced testing equipment.
We are of strategic partnership with raw material suppliers, and realized supplier traceability based on batch No. and date with our ERP system. From raw material to finished products, they are checked every batch and random sampled to ensure the good and stable quality.
