Description

Photoluminescent masterbatch is a ready-to-use plastic granule that can glow in the dark. It is made by mixing our high-quality strontium aluminate photoluminescent pigment and plastic, then granulating. It features high luminosity and long afterglow hour of over 12 hours.

Our glow in the dark masterbatch is very easy to use. It can be used directly for processing for max luminosity, or blended with same type of plastics to achieve the desired level of brightness in your final products.

Specification

We provide standard photoluminescent masterbatch models that are made with 50% or 35% photoluminescent pigment, suitable for injection molding, extrusion, blow molding ,etc.

You can use the masterbatch directly for the most intense glow effect; or mix with the same type of plastic at certain ratio, then process. We recommend a addition ratio of 5% to 35% of our masterbatch into your total material mix.
