DESCRIPTION

MHC-9371A is our photoluminescent and reflective heat transfer vinyl tape with a Class C grade luminosity and 330cd/ ( lx·㎡) reflectivity. With Minhui's patented technology, this fabric has the ability to reflect light at night and glow in the dark without light, making it an exceptional choice for option option for both safety protection garments and leisure wear. It excels in every performance index, setting an industry-leading standard.

It can be easily carved into different patterns according to customer needs, adding a personalized touch to your designs. With width options from 2cm to 5cm, we can also make customized width based on customer requests.

CHARACTERISTICS

1. High afterglow intensity: class C grade 10mins＞150mcd/㎡, 60mins＞20mcd/㎡(measurement according to DIN 67510 part 1, D65 standard light source, 1000Lux, excited for 5mins)

2. High reflectivity: ≧330cd/ ( lx·㎡)

3. Washing durability: can be washed or dry-cleaned, the color, photoluminescence and reflectivity is not easy to fade.

4. Long glow time: glow in the dark for over 12 hours, ensuring prolonged visibility in the dark when there is no light

5. Eco friendly and skin safe: non-toxic, non-harmful and non radioactive

6. Easy to use: can be made into all kinds of patterns and iron on fabric

APPLICATION AND CARE INSTRUCTION

When applying the reflective and glow in the dark HTV, use hot stamping or ironing at a temperature of 135-155℃ for 9-15 seconds with a 5-6 KG pressure. Once the hot stamping process is complete, wait for the heat transfer vinyl to cool down before peeling off the top PET release film.

Use a household washing machine with a maximum temperature of 60℃, standard household detergent (do not use bleach). Drying temperature should not exceed 50℃, ironing at a medium temperature without steam.
