DESCRIPTION
MHP-7371 is our Photoluminescent Heat Transfer Vinyl, providing Class C grade high luminosity, remarkable washing durability and a long glow time. It is non-toxic, non-harmful and non-radioactive. With customizable width options from 5cm to 160cm, and standard roll lengths of 50m or 100m, we can also accommodate specific lengths based on customer requests.
It is an excellent choice for ironing onto various clothing, bags, luggage, and more. It not only enhances the aesthetics of garments but also acts as a safety protection in the dark, providing visibility even when there is no light.
CHARACTERISTICS
1. High afterglow intensity: class C grade 10mins＞150mcd/㎡, 60mins＞20mcd/㎡(measurement according to DIN 67510 part 1, D65 standard light source, 1000Lux, excited for 5mins)
2. Durable: can withstand 80 washes at 60℃ (ISO 6330) without color fading
3. Long glow time: glow in the dark for over 12 hours, ensuring prolonged visibility in the dark when there is no light
4. Eco friendly and skin safe: non-toxic, non-harmful and non radioactive
5. Easy to use: can be cut into all kinds of patterns and iron on fabric
6. Excellent weather, heat and cold resistance: can be used in the environment of -20~65℃.
APPLICATION AND CARE INSTRUCTION
When applying the glow in the dark HTV, use hot stamping or ironing at a temperature of 135-155℃ for 9-15 seconds with a 5-6 KG pressure. Once the hot stamping process is complete, wait for the photoluminescent HTV to cool down before peeling off the top PET release film. You can then further customize the glow in the dark heat transfer vinyl with silk-screen printing.
Use a household washing machine with a maximum temperature of 60℃, standard household detergent (do not use bleach). Drying temperature should not exceed 50℃, ironing at a medium temperature without steam.
