MT Series pigments are well suited for a wide range of indoor glow-in-the-dark applications, including novelty and decorative products, creative coatings, resin casting, textile printing, toys, injection molding, etc.
Because the color in MT Series is produced by blending strontium aluminate with organic fluorescent pigments, outdoor use is not recommended: organic fluorescent pigments are sensitive to prolonged UV exposure and weathering, which causes visible color fading over time.
For applications requiring long-term outdoor durability, we recommend our MH Series strontium aluminate pigments instead, or please contact our technical team to discuss options.

Our standard MT series glow in the dark powder has a D50 grain size of around 35um, which is suitable for most industrial application process.
If you require smaller or bigger grain size for special application such as fiber drawing, please consult our technical team for customization options.
MT sulfide based glow in the dark powder has the advantage of vivid day and glow in the dark colors. They do not provide high luminosity or long glow hours.
If you are looking for glow in the dark powder with high lumnosity and 12+ hours glow time (time to decay to 0.3mcd/sqm), you can check our strontium aluminate photoluminescent pigment, which is the type of photoluminescent pigment that has the strongest afterglow intensity. It is global standard for making safety signage, emergency evacuation markings, and all applications where maximum visibility in darkness is important.
For water-based paint, ink, or any application with moisture exposure, please ask us for the encapsulated/waterproof version, it has the same glow performance as non-waterproof version, but with full moisture resistance.
Non-waterproof version is suitable for solvent-based paints, inks, plastics, epoxy resins, and dry applications.
