We have an annual production capacity of 15,000,000 square meters of reflective fabric, reflective HTV, photoluminescent and reflective fabric, photoluminescent and reflective HTV. We handle the entire production process in-house—from coating reflective fabrics and heat transfer vinyl (HTV) to precision slitting and custom pattern design.

Flame retardant reflective fabric tape combines a flame retardant textile backing — 100% cotton or 100% aramid — with a retroreflective layer of glass microspheres bonded by a flame resistant adhesive.
Minhui's MHR-5743 and MHR-5744 use a cotton backing; the MHC-9651B uses an aramid base for higher heat resistance.
The reflective fabric is coated with reflective microscopic glass beads on the surface, they bend incoming light, such as vehicle headlights, back toward its source. This retro-reflection makes the wearer visible at long range in the dark.
Minhui's FR reflective fabric tapes return over 420 cd/(lx·㎡), well above the EN ISO 20471 minimum.
The difference is how each achieves flame resistance.
FR cotton tape (MHR-5743, MHR-5744) is cotton treated with a flame-retardant finish. Because it is breathable, soft, and more cost-effective, it serves as the ideal industry standard for welding, foundry, and oil & gas applications where comfort and reliable flash-fire protection are essential.
Aramid tape (MHC-9651B) is inherently flame-resistant at the fibre level: the protection never washes out, withstands far higher temperatures, and does not melt or drip. Aramid costs more but is built for firefighter turnout gear and arc-flash PPE, where extreme, sustained heat is involved.
The reflective fabric can be directly sewn onto fabrics with a double-thread lockstitch sewing method, with no more than 5 stitches per centimeter and a minimum distance of 2 millimeters from the edge of the reflective fabric.
