MHR-6570 is our Segmented Reflective Heat transfer Vinyl(Reflective HTV), offering enhanced comfort and air ventilation for a better wearing experience. Ideal for ironing on safety clothing and casual wear, it provides both functionality and style.
We can customize different designs and width per clients's request. All types of our reflective heat transfer vinyl can also be segmented.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTION
MHR-6570 can be easily heat pressed onto all kinds of non-elastic fabric with iron, double drum laminating machine, heat fusing machine, etc. We recommend pressing temperature:135℃-155℃, pressing time: 9~15 seconds, pressure: 5~ 6kg. After cooling, peel of the protective film to finish the ironing process. The conditions should be adjusted according to actual production.
It can be welded onto rain-proof fabric using high frequency machine.
