DESCRIPTION
MHR-6570 is our Segmented Reflective Heat Transfer Vinyl(Reflective HTV). We can customize different designs and widths per your request. All models of our reflective heat transfer vinyl can also be segmented.
CHARACTERISTICS
1. Functional and breathable design: the segmented design not only enhances aesthetics but also promotes air circulation, making it suitable for hot and humid environments.
2. High reflectivity: meet hi-vis standard EN ISO 20471 and ANSI 107
3. Skin safe: Oeko-Tex 100 standard.
4. Durable performance: 25/50/75 home wash cycles at 60℃ (ISO6330 ), Dry clean 5/25/50 cycles (ISO3175).
5. Suitable for various fabrics: designed for use on both non-stretchable and stretchable fabrics, accommodating diverse garment types.
APPLICATION INSTRUCTION
MHR-6570 can be easily heat pressed onto all kinds of non-elastic fabric with iron, double drum laminating machine, heat fusing machine, etc. We recommend pressing temperature:135℃-155℃, pressing time: 9~15 seconds, pressure: 5~ 6kg. After cooling, peel of the protective film to finish the ironing process. The conditions should be adjusted according to actual production.
It can be welded onto rain-proof fabric using high frequency machine.
