DESCRIPTION
MHR-6272 is our Bright Elastic Reflective Heat Transfer Vinyl, it is a great option for making products with no mandatory standards for washing and reflectivity. Can be made with or without sticky lining and PE film to suit different elastic ribbon and webbing to make warning tapes or decorations for clothing and shoes.
It is available in 2 versions with different reflectivity: ≧280cd/( lx·㎡) (gray version) and ≧200cd/( lx·㎡) (silver version).Standard width option from 0.3cm-5cm, other width can be customized.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTION
MHR-6272 can be carved into all kinds of patterns using laser or plotter.
It can be easily ironed onto both elastic and non-elastic fabric with iron, double drum laminating machine, heat fusing machine, etc. Recommended pressing temperature:135℃-155℃, pressing time: 9~15 seconds, pressure: 5~ 6kg. Peel off the protective film after cooling. Users should adjust the parameters according to actual production.
It can be welded onto rain-proof fabric using high frequency machine.
