MHR-6272 REFLECTIVE HTV TAPE DESCRIPTION
MHR-6272 is our Bright Elastic Reflective Heat Transfer Vinyl with great elasticity and stretch. It is great for making elastic ribbon and webbing to make warning tapes or decorations for clothing and shoes.
Standard width option from 0.3 cm to 5 cm; other widths can be customized.
1. Different reflectivity: ≧280cd/ ( lx·㎡ ) and ≧200cd/ ( lx·㎡ ) options.
2. Optional sticky lining: Available with or without a sticky lining, which provides better grip on garments and prevents the material from shifting during the heat press process.
3. OEKO-TEX certified: Safe to wear and skin contact.
4. Easy to cut and iron: can be cut into various designs and logos with a laser, plotter, or die cutting.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTION
MHR-6272 reflective HTV tape can be easily ironed onto both elastic and non-elastic fabric with iron, double drum laminating machine, heat fusing machine, etc.We recommend a pressing temperature:135℃-155℃, pressing time: 9~15 seconds, pressure: 5~ 6kg. Peel off the protective film after cooling.
It can be welded onto rain-proof fabric using a high-frequency machine.
We always recommend you to run a small test and adjust the settings according to your garments type and machines before big production.
