MHR-6371 Silver Reflective HTV Tape Description
MHR-6371 can be cut into different patterns with a laser, plotter, or die cutting, and then heat-pressed onto all kinds of fabrics to make hi-vis PPE and workwear
1. Ultra high visiblity: ≧500cd/ ( lx·㎡ ), far exceeding EN ISO20471, ANSI 107-2020 standard
2. Wash ability: Available in 25/50/75 home wash cycles at 60℃ (ISO6330) and 5/25/50 dry clean cycles (ISO3175).
3. Eco-friendly and skin safe: Oeko-Tex 100 standard
4. Easy to process: very easy to weed, leaves a clean edge after ironing onto garments.

Application Instruction
MHR-6371 can be easily heat pressed onto all kinds of non-elastic fabric with iron, double drum laminating machine, heat fusing machine, etc. We recommend pressing temperature:135℃-155℃, pressing time: 9~15 seconds, pressure: 5~ 6kg. After cooling, peel of the protective film to finish the ironing process. The conditions should be adjusted according to actual production.
It can be welded onto rain-proof fabric using high frequency machine.
