MHR-6371 Silver Reflective Heat Transfer Vinyl
Description
MHR-6371 is our Silver Reflective Heat Transfer Vinyl, made with PET film, ultra high refractive index glass beads and hot melt adhesive. MHR-6371 comes in two versions, Economic and Standard. Width is available from 1 cm to 1.4 m.
It can be cut into different patterns with laser or knifes, and then heat pressed onto all kinds of non-stretchable fabrics to make safety protection clothes, leisure clothes, bags, and more.

Application Instruction
MHR-6371 can be easily heat pressed onto all kinds of non-elastic fabric with iron, double drum laminating machine, heat fusing machine, etc. We recommend pressing temperature:135℃-155℃, pressing time: 9~15 seconds, pressure: 5~ 6kg. After cooling, peel of the protective film to finish the ironing process. The conditions should be adjusted according to actual production.
It can be welded onto rain-proof fabric using high frequency machine.
