MHR-6271 Bright Reflective Heat Transfer Vinyl
DESCRIPTION
MHR-6271 is our Bright Reflective Heat Transfer Vinyl, featuring a composition of PET film, high refractive index glass beads, and hot melt adhesive. It can heat pressed onto various fabrics including warning tape, T-shirts, jackets, occupational wear, leisure wear, sportswear, bags, and more.
MHR-6271 comes in three versions with different reflectivity and wash-ability: Economic, Standard, and Standard with PE film, with customizable width options ranging from 1 cm to 1.4 m.
CHARACTIERSTICS
1. High reflectivity: ≧330cd/ ( lx·㎡ ): EN ISO20471, ANSI 107-2020 standard.
2. Durable: withstanding 25 home wash cycles at 60℃ (ISO6330), Dry clean 5 cycles (ISO3175).
3. Environmentally friendly and skin safe: raw material meets Oeko-Tex Standard 100.
4. Easy to cut and weed: short process time.
5. Versatile use:Great for elastic(Standard with PE) and non-elastic fabric.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTION
MHR-6271 can be carved into all kinds of patterns using laser or plotter.
It can be easily ironed onto both elastic and non-elastic fabric with iron, double drum laminating machine, heat fusing machine, etc. Recommended pressing temperature:135℃-155℃, pressing time: 9~15 seconds, pressure: 5~ 6kg. Peel off the protective film after cooling. Users should adjust the parameters according to actual production.
It can be welded onto rain-proof fabric using high frequency machine.
