MHR-6271 REFLECTIVE HTV TAPE DESCRIPTION
MHR-6271 is our Bright Reflective Heat Transfer Vinyl backed with PES heat adhesive. It can be heat-pressed onto all kinds of garments, shoes, bags, etc. This reflective HTV is an ideal safety and fashion solution for hi-vis PPE, warning tapes, workwear, activewear, jackets, and bags.
We offer customizable service, including:
1. Size customization: Pre-cut reflective HTV tapes from 1 cm to 150 cm wide.
2. Pattern customization service: send us your design, and we will manufacture custom reflective graphics per your request.
CHARACTIERSTICS

APPLICATION INSTRUCTION
MHR-6271 can be carved into all kinds of patterns using laser or plotter.
It can be easily ironed onto both elastic and non-elastic fabric with iron, double drum laminating machine, heat fusing machine, etc. Recommended pressing temperature:135℃-155℃, pressing time: 9~15 seconds, pressure: 5~ 6kg. Peel off the protective film after cooling. Users should adjust the parameters according to actual production.
It can be welded onto rain-proof fabric using high frequency machine.
