MHR-6578 Silver FR Reflective Heat Transfer Vinyl
DESCRIPTION
MHR-6578 is our Silver Flame Retardant Reflective Heat Transfer Vinyl. Engineered to meet rigorous standards such as EN 11612 and EN 469, it offers great flame retardance. It has great elasticity and durability as it can withstand over 30 times home wash and can be heat pressed onto elastic soft fabrics like PU to make flame-retardant safety clothing.
It is made with PET film, high refractive index glass beads, and hot melt adhesive. It can be cut by plotter or laser machine into all kinds of designs according to customers’ requirements. Its width can be customized from 1 cm to 1.4 m.
CHARACTIERSTICS
1. High reflectivity: ≧420cd/ ( lx·㎡ ): EN ISO20471, ANSI/ISEA 107-2020 standard.
2. Durable: withstanding 30 home wash cycles at 60℃ (ISO6330), Dry clean 5 cycles (ISO3175).
3. Flame Retardant: in accordance to EN11612 and EN 469 standard
4. High elasticity: can be ironed on elastic fabric like PU
5. Environmentally friendly and skin safe: raw material meets Oeko-Tex 100 standard.
6. Short process time: easy to cut and weed

APPLICATION INSTRUCTION
MHR-6578 can be easily ironed onto elastic fabric with iron, double drum laminating machine, heat fusing machine, etc. Recommended pressing temperature:135℃-155℃, pressing time: 9~15 seconds, pressure: 5~ 6kg. Peel off the protective film after cooling. Users should adjust the parameters according to actual production.
It can be welded onto rain-proof fabric using high frequency machine.
