DESCRIPTION

MHR-6571 is our Silver Reflective Heat Transfer Vinyl with a sticky lining. It is designed with a convenient sticky lining that ensures secure fastening to fabric during the heat pressing process. It can also be segmented to any designs, and with customizable width options ranging from 1 cm to 150cm.

1. High reflectivity: ≧330cd/ ( lx·㎡ ): EN ISO20471, ANSI 107-2020 standard.

2. Durable: withstanding 25 home wash cycles at 60℃ (ISO6330), Dry clean 5 cycles (ISO3175).

3. Environmentally friendly and skin safe: raw material meets the Oeko-Tex 100 standard.

4. Efficient application: easy to cut and weed, the extra sticky lining also ensures secure attachment to fabric during the ironing process

APPLICATION INSTRUCTION

MHR-6571 can be easily ironed onto both elastic and non-elastic fabric with iron, double drum laminating machine, heat fusing machine, etc.

Recommended pressing temperature:135℃-155℃, pressing time: 9~15 seconds, pressure: 5~ 6kg. Peel off the protective film after cooling. Users should adjust the parameters according to actual production.
