MHR-6377 Silver PU Reflective Heat Transfer Vinyl
DESCRIPTION
MHR-6377 is our Silver PU reflective heat transfer vinyl/tape made with PET film, ultra high refractive index glass beads and TPU hot melt adhesive. It has high elasticity, and is great for hot pressing on elastic fabric.
Width can be customized from 1 cm to 1.4 m.
CHARACTERISTICS
1. Great for laser carving or cutting with kinfe
2. High reflectivity: ≧420cd/ ( lx·㎡ ), EN ISO20471, ANSI 107-2020 standard.
3. Durable: 25 home wash cycles at 60℃ (ISO6330), Dry clean 5 cycles (ISO3175).
4. Eco friendly and skin safe: raw material in accordance with Oeko-Tex Standard 100.
5. Easy to cut and weed: short process time
6. Can be attached on rain-proof fabric with high frequency machine

APPLICATION INSTRUCTION
MHR-6377 Can be cut into different design with laser and plotter.
It can be easily heat pressed onto all kinds of elastic fabric with iron, double drum laminating machine, heat fusing machine, etc. We recommend pressing temperature:135℃-155℃, pressing time: 9~15 seconds, pressure: 5~ 6kg. After cooling, peel of the protective film to finish the ironing process. The conditions should be adjusted according to actual production.
