OUR R&D ACHIEVEMENT
In the past 20 years, MINHUI obtained more than 200 invention, utility model and appearance patents. Our patents covers all aspects from product design, process flow and technology, raw material preparation, production equipment design and manufacturing. The abundant intellectual property is one of the company's most important resources. Our strong R&D capability is also what makes us stand out from our competitors, and our R&D team is always happy to help you developing custom products.
As a National High-Tech Enterprise and Invisible Champion Enterprise, we have established cooperative relations with the National Highway Science Research Institute of the Ministry of Transportations and Communications, the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Transportations and Communications, and many other domestic scientific research institutes. We are a member of China Rare Earth Association and PSPA (International Association of Light-Storing Self-Luminescent Safety Products). We have initiated or participated in the formulation of 3 national standards, industry standards and local standards, and won the Zhejiang Science and Technology Award 3 times. OUR R&D CENTER
MINHUI's R&D center has 5 different laboratories with thorough testing conditions, and over 50 sets of various instruments and equipment. Our R&D team consists of multi-disciplinary professional and technical personnel, with academic/practical backgrounds of photoluminescent materials, optoelectronics, optics, inorganic chemical materials, organic polymer materials, and molding technology. Based on our industry-leading rare earth based long afterglow luminescent material technology and directional reflection technology, we invented photoluminescent and reflective composite material, and photoluminescent and reflective safety protection products. Based on our pioneering rare earth based long afterglow luminescent material technology and photoelectric technology, we invented "Low Light" public safety protection products and "Energy Storing" luminous products.
We continue to invest over 500,000 USD into R&D every year. "Green and intelligent manufacturing" is one of our company philosophy, and we are always researching, making breakthrough, and creating better products for our customers.
