24/7 Visibility: Photoluminescent and Reflective Heat Transfer Vinyl
We manufacture innovative photoluminescent heat transfer vinyl, photoluminescent and reflective heat transfer vinyl for safety and fashion apparel. Unlike conventional reflective materials that rely on external light sources, our photoluminescent reflective HTV tape not only reflects but also glows in the dark, maximizing wearer visibility in dark environments and during emergencies.
Safe, non-toxic, and non-radioactive, it is the ideal solution for high-visibility PPE, workwear, uniforms, and fashion applications. Custom patterns, sizes, and luminosity are available to meet your project requirements.

How To Use And Care For Photoluminescent Reflective HTV
Our glow-in-the-dark reflective heat transfer vinyl can be easily processed into all kinds of patterns and shapes with die cutting, plotter cutting, and laser cutting. To customize patterns, please send us your design.
It can be heat-pressed onto various garments and accessories with a standard household iron, double drum laminating machine, commercial heat presses, etc.
We recommend pressing temperature: 135℃-155℃, pressing time: 9~15 seconds, pressure: 5~6 kg. Please wait until the HTV has cooled entirely before removing the PET protective film.
We recommend machine washing at a maximum 60°C with standard detergent (no bleach); keep drying below 50°C and iron at medium heat without steam. Actual service life depends on cleaning method and wear conditions.
Photoluminescent Reflective HTV Application
Our glow in the dark reflective heat transfer vinyl can be used for making high-visibility PPE, workwear, miner uniforms, delivery drivers' uniforms, rainwear, outdoor gear, sportswear, school uniforms, and accessories such as bags and footwear trim.
We will arrange a suitable sample and shipment in 1-2 days.
Certifications & Test Reports
Our glow in the dark reflective heat transfer vinyl is tested to or meets the requirement to European and US high-visibility, textile safety, and photoluminescence afterglow intensity standards. See our full reflective certificates & test reports.
Strict Quality Control
Our quality control is truly end-to-end. We test every stage of production: from our in-house photoluminescent pigment to the finished glow-and-reflective HTV tape. Every batch undergoes strict inspection to guarantee stable quality before it leaves our factory.
Afterglow Luminance Test
We synthesis the photoluminescent pigment in house, and we do not only say vague glow hours. We measure in mcd/m² with a luminance meter and checked against ISO 17398 standard.
Reflectivity Test
Retroreflective coefficient measured in cd/(lx·m²) against EN ISO 20471 and ANSI/ISEA 107 to ensure high visibility.
Wash Durability Test
To guarantee durability, every batch undergoes washing and dry-cleaning tests per ISO 6330 and ISO 3175 standards.
Heat-press Test
Samples are cut, pressed, and inspected for clean edges with no dark edges and fast weed speed.
Low MOQ. Free sample for test.

With 9 automated coating lines, we have an annual production capacity of 15 million m² of photoluminescent and reflective fabric, photoluminescent and reflective HTV, reflective fabric, and reflective HTV.
Frequently Asked Questions
Glow in the dark reflective heat transfer vinyl is an iron-on film that reflects when light hits it at night and is self-luminous in the dark. It can provide 24/7 visibility and make the wearer visible even in totally dark environments.
Glow in the dark reflective HTV is built with a PET carrier film, reflective layer, photoluminescent layer, and a PES hot-melt adhesive, so it cuts cleanly and presses onto garments with a clean edge and easy weeding.
EN ISO 20471 is the European high-visibility clothing standard; ANSI/ISEA 107 is its North American high-visibility clothing standard. The standard requires a minimum RA of 330 cd/(lx·m²).
Choose by destination market, or both, for reflective fabric sold worldwide. Our Silver reflective fabric, Flame Retardant reflective fabric, and Bright hi-vis reflective fabric are tested to the retroreflective performance requirements of both, and we supply the test report for the market you're certifying in.
ISO 17398 is the international standard that classifies photoluminescent (glow-in-the-dark) safety materials by how bright they glow and how long the glow lasts. Each class specifies the minimum luminance (mcd/m²) the photoluminescent material must maintain at 2, 10, 30, and 60 minutes after the light source is removed.
Class C is a sub-classification from ISO 17398, which is the afterglow intensity level required for safety signage and evacuation systems. To reach Class C, a material must glow at least 690 mcd/m² at 2 minutes, 140 mcd/m² at 10 minutes, 45 mcd/m² at 30 minutes, and 20 mcd/m² at 60 minutes.
