DESCRIPTION

MHC-9371B is a PES-based segmented photoluminescent and reflective heat transfer vinyl tape. We have enhanced the traditional reflective heat transfer vinyl tape by adding a photoluminescent feature, significantly improving its safety performance. Now this innovative reflective tape can not only reflects vehicle lights but also emits light itself, ensuring safety and visibility with and without an external light source. With PSPA Class C luminosity and a reflectivity of over 330 cd/(lx·㎡).

MHC-9371B reflective tape can be customized into various patterns to meet your design needs. It is easy to iron onto all types of fabric, peels off effortlessly, and ensures a clean finish without black edges.

CHARACTERISTICS

1. High afterglow intensity: class C grade 10mins＞150mcd/㎡, 60mins＞20mcd/㎡(measurement according to DIN 67510 part 1, D65 standard light source, 1000Lux, excited for 5mins)

2. High reflectivity: ≧330cd/ ( lx·㎡)

3. Washing durability: Tested for 50 washes at 60℃ (ISO 6330), Dry clean 25 cycles (ISO3175). 

4. OEKO-TEX 100 certiifcate: The first factory to obtain the certificate for photoluminescent and reflective tape.

6. Efficient production: peels off easily, clean finish with no black edges.

7. Excellent weather, heat and cold resistance:Withstands temperatures from -20 to 65℃.

APPLICATION AND CARE INSTRUCTION

Application: When applying photoluminescent and reflective HTV, use hot stamping or ironing at a temperature of 135-155℃ for 9-15 seconds with a 5-6 KG pressure. Once the hot stamping process is complete, wait for the heat transfer vinyl to cool down before peeling off the top PET release film. The time and temperature can vary depend on the machine you use.

Care: Use a household washing machine with a maximum temperature of 60℃, standard household detergent (do not use bleach). Drying temperature should not exceed 50℃, ironing at a medium temperature without steam.
