MHR-8127 is a heavy-duty photoluminescent-reflective heat transfer vinyl. It is very resistant to washing and abrasion.

MHR-8127 is made with our own strontium aluminate photoluminescent pigment, which is non-toxic, non-harmful, and non-radioactive. It can not only reflects light but also can be charged with indoor or outdoor light and glows in the dark, keeping the wearer visible after dark or during emergencies. It has ISO 17398 Class B luminosity and over 12 hours of glow time.

Our glow-in-the-dark reflective HTV can be processed into different patterns with a laser, plotter, or die-cutting. It is great for making hi-vis PPE, workwear, casual wear, and accessories.

How to Use Glow In The Dark Reflective Heat Transfer Vinyl

Our glow in the dark reflective HTV can be ironed onto various garments and accessories with a standard household iron, double drum laminating machine, commercial heat presses, etc.
We recommend pressing temperature: 135℃-155℃, pressing time: 9~15 seconds, pressure: 5~6 kg. Please wait until the glow-in-the-dark HTV has cooled entirely before removing the PET protective film.

Note: Equipment and fabrics vary, and you need to adjust the parameters accordingly. We strongly recommend performing a small trial press before proceeding with bulk production.
