MHR-8151F is a flame retardant photoluminescent reflective heat transfer vinyl tape: It can not only reflect light but also be charged with indoor or outdoor light and glow in the dark, keeping the wearer visible in total darkness or during emergencies. It features ISO 17398 Class C luminosity and over 12 hours of glow time.
