MHR-8153F FR Photoluminescent Reflective HTV Introduction

MHR-8153F is a flame retardant photoluminescent reflective heat transfer vinyl tape; it is very resistant to washing and abrasion. It can not only reflect light but also be charged with indoor or outdoor light and glow in the dark, keeping the wearer visible in total darkness or during emergencies. It features ISO 17398 Class C luminosity and over 12 hours of glow time; and EN ISO 20471 and ANSI 107-2020 standard high visibility.

This photoluminescent reflective HTV tape can be ironed onto all kinds of garments, shoes, and bags, a reliable choice for high-demand PPE, turnout gear, uniforms, etc.

How to Use Glow In The Dark Reflective Heat Transfer Vinyl

Our glow in the dark reflective HTV can be ironed onto various garments and accessories with a standard household iron, double drum laminating machine, commercial heat presses, etc.
We recommend pressing temperature: 135℃-155℃, pressing time: 9~15 seconds, pressure: 5~6 kg. Please wait until the glow-in-the-dark HTV has cooled entirely before removing the PET protective film.

Note: Equipment and fabrics vary, and you need to adjust the parameters accordingly. We strongly recommend performing a small trial press before proceeding with bulk production.
