MHR-6275 Bright Reflective HTV Tape Description
MHR-6275 is our Bright reflective HTV tape with a grey appearance and good visibility. Available in a width option ranging from 1cm to 150cm.
It is backed with PES hot melt adhesive, and is great for laser cutting, plotter cutting, die cutting, and ironing on PPE, warning tapes, bags, shoes, fashion wear, etc. It is easy to weed and has a clean edge after heat pressing onto garments

APPLICATION INSTRUCTION
We recommend to iron MHR-6275 reflective HTV tape onto clothing with an iron, a double drum laminating machine, a heat fusing machine, etc. It can also be welded onto waterproof fabrics with high-frequency welding machines.
Recommended Settings:

• Temperature: 135°C – 155°C

• Time: 9 – 15 seconds

• Pressure: 5 – 6 kg

• Peeling: Cold peel (remove the protective film only after it has fully cooled).
Note: Please adjust these parameters as needed based on your specific fabric and machines.
