MHC-9323A T/C Photoluminescent and Reflective Fabric
DESCRIPTION
MHC-9323A is our T/C photoluminescent and reflective fabric with a Class C grade luminosity and 330cd/ ( lx·㎡) reflectivity, comes in form of tape. With Minhui's patented technology, this fabric exhibits exceptional dual functionality, able to reflect light and glow in the dark without light. It stands out in every performance index, setting an industry-leading standard. Its superior capabilities make it an exceptional choice for both safety protection garments and leisure wear, combining style and safety effortlessly.
It can be easily carved into different patterns according to customer needs, this fabric allows for creative customization. With width options from 2cm to 5cm, we can also make customized width based on customer requests.
CHARACTERISTICS
1. High afterglow intensity: class C grade 10mins＞150mcd/㎡, 60mins＞20mcd/㎡(measurement according to DIN 67510 part 1, D65 standard light source, 1000Lux, excited for 5mins)
2. High reflectivity: ≧330cd/ ( lx·㎡)
3. Washing durability: can be washed or dry-cleaned, the color, photoluminescent and reflectivity is not easy to fade.
4. Long glow time: glow in the dark for over 12 hours, ensuring prolonged visibility in the dark when there is no light
5. Eco friendly and skin safe: non-toxic, non-harmful and non radioactive
6. Easy to use: can be made into all kinds of patterns and iron on fabric
7. Excellent weather, heat and cold resistance: can be used in the environment of -20~65℃.

APPLICATION AND CARE INSTRUCTION
The T/C glow in the dark and reflective tape can be directly sewn onto all kinds of fabrics (with a weight of less than 150g/㎡). Use a double-thread lockstitch sewing method, with no more than 5 stitches per centimeter and a minimum distance of 2 millimeters from the edge of the photoluminescent and reflective fabric.
Use a household washing machine with a maximum temperature of 60℃, standard household detergent (do not use bleach). Drying temperature should not exceed 50℃, ironing at a medium temperature without steam.
