HOW TO APPLY REFLECTIVE HTV TAPE

Cutting:

MHR-6575 can be processed with die cutting, plotter cutting, and laser cutting into all kinds of patterns and shapes. Custom pattern cutting and bespoke processing services are available upon request.

Note: If MHR-6575 is intended for making hi-vis PPE or workwear requiring compliance with EN ISO 20471 or ANSI/ISEA 107-2020, we recommend avoiding narrow or intricate designs to ensure the reflective performance meets the standard.

Heat Pressing:

MHR-6575 can be securely bonded to woven and non-stretch fabrics using equipment such as household irons, double-drum laminating machines, heat fusing machines, etc.

We recommend pressing temperature:135℃-155℃, pressing time: 9~15 seconds, pressure: 5~ 6kg. After cooling, peel off the PET carrier film to complete the transfer.

Fabric types and equipment settings vary. Trial test on a sample piece before full production runs is strongly recommended.
