HOW TO APPLY REFLECTIVE HTV TAPE

Cutting:

You can cut MHR-6575T into different patterns and shapes with die cutting, plotter cutting, and laser cutting. We also provide customization services for pattern cutting.

Note: If MHR-6575T is used for making hi-vis PPE or workwear that needs to meet EN ISO 20471 or ANSI/ISEA 107-2020 standard, we recommend avoiding narrow or intricate designs to ensure the reflective performance meets the standard.

Heat Pressing:

MHR-6575T can be heat pressed onto woven and non-stretch fabrics with household irons, double-drum laminating machines, heat fusing machines, etc.

We recommend pressing temperature:135℃-155℃, pressing time: 9~15 seconds, pressure: 5~ 6kg. After cooling, peel off the PET carrier film to complete the transfer.

Fabric types and equipment settings vary. Trial test on a sample piece before full production runs is strongly recommended.
