MHR-3623 High Washability Silver T/C Reflective Fabric
DESCRIPTION
MHR-3623 is our high-washability silver reflective fabric with a T/C backing, designed for garments that demand both high visibility and frequent washing. It remains ultra-bright and intact even after repeated washes and dry cleaning, guaranteeing wearer safety in low-light environments.
It is soft, flexible, and easy to sew onto various fabrics for making garments, including PPE, heavy-duty workwear, activewear, etc.
Available in both fabric rolls and pre-cut tapes, with customizable widths ranging from 1cm to 140cm.
CHARACTERISTICS
1. Ultra-high visibility: ≧500cd/ ( lx·㎡ ), significantly surpasses the standards of EN ISO 20471 and ANSI 107-2020.
2. Superior Wash Resistance: Remains high reflectivity and structural integrity after extensive washing cycles: 75 home wash cycles at 60℃ (ISO6330) and 25 dry-cleaning cycles (ISO3175)
3. Certified by OEKO-TEX® Standard 100: Our reflective fabric is strictly tested to be free from harmful substances, guaranteeing safety and comfort for the wearer.
4. Wearer Comfort: Made with breathable and soft cotton and polyester blended backing material for a comfortable wearing experience.

APPLICATION AND CARE INSTRUCTION

Attachment Method: This silver reflective fabric is made for direct sew-on processing. We recommend you to use a double-thread lockstitch with a density of ≤ 5 stitches/cm. Maintain a clearance of ≥ 2mm from the reflective fabric during stitching.

Laundering: To sustain maximum retroreflectivity, we recommend to wash the silver reflective fabric at ≤ 60°C with non-bleach household detergents.

Drying & Ironing: Keep drying temperatures at or below 50°C. Iron only on a medium heat setting without using steam.
