Why Use MHR-5855 Flame Retardant Aramid Reflective Fabric
MHR-5855 is a Silver flame-retardant aramid reflective fabric, made for sewing onto PPE and workwear used in fire, high-heat, and other high-risk working environments.
1. High reflectivity: ≧500cd/ ( lx·㎡ ), far exceeds the visibility requirements of EN ISO 20471 and ANSI/ISEA 107-2020,
2. Wash Resistant: the standard version can endure 50 home wash cycles at 60℃ (ISO6330) and 25 dry-cleaning cycles (ISO3175).
3. Flame retardancy: meets EN469，EN14116，EN11612 Standard
4. Eco friendly and skin safe: raw material adheres to Oeko-Tex Standard 100.
5. Easy to use: easily die-cut, hand-cut, or guillotined.
How to Apply Aramid Reflective Fabric
Aramid flame-retardant reflective fabric can be directly sewn onto all kinds of garments, shoes, bags, etc. with a double-thread lockstitch sewing method. We recommend using no more than 5 stitches per centimeter and a minimum distance of 2 millimeters from the edge of the reflective fabric.
Use a household washing machine with a maximum temperature of 60℃, standard household detergent (do not use bleach). Drying temperature should not exceed 50℃, ironing at a medium temperature without steam to best preserve the reflective fabric.
